Available to Buy Only

For the third time in a month, my on demand has now only given me the option to purchase shows. I have the triple play with 210+ channels. I was able to watch on demand (TLC, Bravo, NBC) yesterday, but today it’s available to buy only. Every time I spend 30+ minutes on chat with Xfinity and they tell me they’ll reset my account. This has been happening way too often.
