Amc+ page cannot be loaded

Trying to get to AMC+ content through my subscription I have directly through AMC and every movie or show just says "The page you requested cannot be loaded". I just replaced my X1 DVR box yesterday to see if that would resolve it but still same issue.

I am also dealing with this issue. I have cleared the box's cache's, did a system reset and signed out of AMC+ on my cable box and signed back into my app and I still get this error code.

Oh no! VintedDove! Did this issue occur for you after swapping out your equipment as well? How are you launching AMC+ to enjoy the contect? Is this issue isolated to one device? We'll get this sorted out!

I have been trying to watch amcplus with no luck. I have cleared caches unplugged, reset box and still keep getting "tge page you requested could not be loaded" can you for the love of God fix this. Clearly it's a xfinity issue. As I can watch on my laptop, which I shouldn't have to as I pay a hundreds of dollars a month to you people!!! 🙃
