Acorn TV series missing a whole season.

Hello -- If an Acorn TV series ("Midsomer Murders") has all of the available seasons and episodes on OnDemand except for one entire season (Season 20, 6 episodes), can I address that on here, or is it necessary that I contact Acorn TV?  And if so, how? Seasons 1 through 19 and Season 21 are there; not Season 20.  Thank you.

No problem @Harry3667! If Acorn says they have season 20 available and you're still not getting it, please send us a direct message, so we can help troubleshoot! Just send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

  • - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 

  • Press Enter to send it

@XfinityJennifer​  Will this be Acorn telling Comcast if it's available or not, or do I need to contact them?  As of now, Season 20 and all of its episodes aren't on the OnDemand series menu.

I understand where you're coming from @Harry3667. I apologize for any confusion, but we won't personally be reaching out to Acorn. If you'd like to send us a direct message we can look further into this for you though.

Great question @Harry3667! The network is in control of what seasons and episodes are available to watch, as we simply rebroadcast the signal. If the season and episodes are supposed to be available and aren't, then we can definitely help troubleshoot the issue.
