Zumo Remote XR100-uq. Complaint.

 I wasted a hour trying to open Xfinity's Zumo Remote XR100-uq . "Your batteries are low." she kept saying. I have opened tons of remotes since I was born way before they were invented in 1954. Should be simple. I could NOT open it. I read the instructions. Googled a video.

Then I found the community. Thank you all for taking the time to post. I had to use a large wrench and pen knives. It shouldn't be that difficult. It shouldn't be relevant that I also have arthritis. There are others who don't have age related obstacles that 🤼‍♂️️ wrestled with this poorly designed device. It's a joke or a trick. How did it slip by the product testers? Shame on Xfinity. As I struggled I fantasized that I could have the Top Honchos sitting behind a large table side by side trying to simply open this remote. That could be amusing.

Please redesign this remote. I'm sure it's possible.

Thank you for providing your feedback. I see it was beyond difficult for you to open the device, which I know can't be easy if you have arthritis. We will certainly take your feedback and let them know this isn't easy for everyone. Did you damage the remote in any way? Is everything working well so far?
