Xumo Box

Is it possible for TV and Internet customers to get a Xumo Box to replace a set top box that they currently have or are they only for Internet only customers?

Hello @jwmccnn, thank you for taking the time to reach out on social media. Xumo Stream Box is the newest streaming device for new Xfinity Internet customers. We do offer X1 Wireless cable boxes. Yes, my question was about, specifically, the Xumo Box.  Is it available for for X1 customers or is it just for Internet only customers.  Spectrum is using the new box as their primary Set top Box for TV customers.

@jwmccnn, Our Xumo Stream box is only available to our internet-only customers at this time. So, if you currenlty have X1 service, you wouldn't be able to add one at this time. Our X1 boxes continue to be an amazing option with tons of built-in features, including streaming apps. Were you having any issues with your X1 service?
