XR2 power button not working with Insignia TV
Just bought an Insignia NS-32DF310NA19 for my dad's room in a nursing home. They gave him an Xfinity xr2 remote and it paired with the TV but the power button won't work. Everything else seems to work fine. It is odd that only the power button doesn't work. Any ideas how I can fix this? \
