Xfinity stream on my TLC Roku tv has an error message messages that say

Thank you for confirming that, @user_7f9c65! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble using the Stream App on your smart TV, and I would love to help however I can. To clarify, do you have any TV Boxes to use for your Xfinity Video service? If not, was the Xfinity Stream App working previously on this particular television? If so, have you done any troubleshooting of your TV and/or the app?
