Xfinity remote control is terrible

I AM INFURIATED WITH COMCAST FOR THIS HORRIFIC REMOTE!!

68, I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN MY HANDS - AND JUST IN ONE DAY, FROM HAVING TO LOG IN AND TYPE USING THOSE 4 EXTREMELY HANDICAPPED USER-U FRIENDLY DIRECTIONAL ARROWS, MY FINGERS ARE KILLING ME!

NO EXCUSE FOR THIS WHATSOEVER!!!!!

ELDERLY PEOPLE CAN FORGET XFINITY OR COMCAST BECAUSE YOU NEED A JACKHAMMER TO PRESS ANY OF THE BUTTONS! They are WAY TOO LOW AND REQUIRE REAL HAND STRENGTH TO PUSH DOWN HARD!

SHOULD BE ONE LIGHT TOUCH NEEDED ONLY!!!

IF THEY WONT SEND ME 4 REMOTES ON WHICH I DONT HAVE TO INJURE MYSELF USING , I WILL BE LEAVING THEM AFTER 30 YEEEARS.
