How Come I Can't Turn On And Turn Off My Ultimea Sound System But I Can Adjust The Volume With My Xfinity Remote

When looking at our remote code look up tool, I noticed Ultimea is not a listed brand. At this time, it would appear there is not an option to turn Ultimea Sound Systems on and off with an Xfinity Voice Remote.

Hello And Thank You,

I Know It's Not Listed As An Option, However The Remote Turns The Sound Bar On And I Can Adjust The Volume But It Doesn't Shut It Off. Can You Explain That Please.

It Is Also The Same With My Other LG Sound System On My Other TV. Please If Possible Explain That To Me.
