White light blinking

The white data light on Xfinity Motorola cable box keeps blinking . I reported problem and I received a new box day before yesterday. I am having same issue. I am not able to use the following:

   On Demand - error code CL-17

    HELP - error code ETV-100

This all started 9/17 when power went out due to storm and “equipment failure” per AMEREN power company. I have reset, unplugged, waited, restarted… not helping. 
 Could you sent a man out to check connection at the utility pole? Or possibly turn off my service, then restart it after a few minutes?  This is really upsetting not to get my full service when paying $146 per month. Please help.

Hello, @user_2a8587. I hope aside from the TV box issue that you are having a good start to the weekend. You are at the right place for help. I have a few questions about the service.

1. Is this happening on your main TV box, an additional TV box, or both?

2. Is the coax cable without damage and finger tight at the wall outlet and back of the cable box?

3. Do you see any splitters on the coax line between the wall outlet and the back of the cable box?
