Where is the online support for Non-X1 issues

I can't find any online support (links/menus) for non-X1 cable service.

I don't have a tv signal.

My neighbor has X1 and her cable is working.

I've unplugged the power: waited 20 mins

Called Comcast to follow-up, they sent a reset and said wait 15 MORE minutes

Now I have to call back and wait AGAIN to get ahold of someone.

Why isn't there online support for non X1

Update:

Turns out SOMEONE canceled my account. No one talked to me and I am the only authorized user on my account. Also, no one at Comcast/Xfinity can tell me who canceled my account. Huh? I have to jump through hoops when I legitimately have Comcast issues, but someone can randomly cancel my account. WTH? I have dual factor verification when I login to my account too. After HOURS on the phone, I was able to get my account reinstated. I had to miss work to get this resolved. Xfinity doesn't offer a website where you can look at your channel lineup AND save or print it. And you can't copy the text on the webpage to download it into your own file.  I had to use screen snips of a limited size window that listed about 5 or 6 channels at a time. Very annoying and a waste of my time. I wanted to verify the channels I would be getting since I had to reactivate my account but my old package was no longer available.

eggalegga Thanks for reaching out to us today for help troubleshooting your TV signal issue. I would be happy to help in any way I can.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
