Volume Fluctuation

Like many others before me.  We have had the problem of the volume fluctuating from lowering the sound to blowing you out of the room.  Additionally we have experienced the problem of the audio and visual not in sync.  Calling customer service was useless.  They blame it on the TV, the soundbar, the steaming stick, everything except its Xfinity's problem.

What I have done to try to fix the problems.  Disconnect the sound bar (the problems still persists), Bought a new Roku stick, even though the problem is on all four of my TV's, (the problem still persists).  Even bought a Fire stick (the problem still persists).  To regain normally I have to go back to the guide and tab on Watch, sometimes that asks me if I want to exit Xfinity.  Sometime is definitely wrong.

Since this problem is wide spread.  Why doesn't Xfinity roll back to the previous version?  As much as I like the Xfinity app, if this continues I'll have to go with another app

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I understand the frustration if the volume is fluctating, our engineers are aware of the problem and working to find a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Has any progress been made here. It is definitely the Xfinity app(which I use on Roku) - this problem does not occur on other apps - Netflix, Prime, Max, etc
