Video service drops
My DVR loses sync constantly and requires setup like a new service. The Bluetooth remote also requires resync every time. Also, the Stream app makes me log in on my Roku TVs like they’re a new account. This happens at least weekly and sometimes less than 24 hours apart.

Hi there, user_n5oexs! Oh no, this is not the entertainment experience we want you to be going through at all. I am always catching up with my shows through recordings too, and I would be frustrated if I kept having intermittent syncing connection issues my DVR, remote and Stream app too. Not to worry, you have reached the right team to assist!
I would like to ask you a few questions so that we may identify what may be causing this issue at hand. Have you tried resetting the TV box by unplugging the power cord from wall outlet and plugging it back in after 10 seconds? Please ensure your DVR has been synchronized by using the Xfinity remote click the "Xfinity button", select "settings (the gear icon)", select "Device Settings" and last select "Sync DVR".
Additionally, when you are noticing the XFINITY Stream app logging you out, could you please try these steps below to check if there is any improvement?
Check if your cable modem information is accurate for your account.
As for the bluetooth remote you mentioned is that issue occurring when you try using it with the X1 platform or the Roku device? We appreciate you trying out these steps. Please let us know how everything is working afterward.
