Tv in bedroom does not work!!

TV displays…..

There is no software execute….

Fix it!!!! This is the third time in as many weeks that I have had to Xfinity… I’m getting a little frustrated with Xfinity!!!

is this the cable box displaying the message, or might it be the tv not being properly updated?:

if you take the box to a different location are you receiving the same message?

Sorry to hear about your ongoing issues with your service @user_i14pq0. I know that can get pretty annoying to have to deal with, I'm sure I'd feel the same way.

Have you been having issues with the same cable box or has there been other issues that you have experienced? Are you currently seeing the same error message?
