TV box will not stay on

We started with Now tv and about 1/2;of the time the new box will not stay on so we have no service. Also my Xfinity app will not stay on Help

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, user_zk6204.I'm sorry to hear the box is not working properly. We'd like to help troubleshoot. What kind of TV box do you have? Is it a Xumo Box, or Flex Box? Have you tried rebooting the box manually? What happens when the box stops working? Is it shutting off completely? Or do you see an error message?
