tv box connection and customer service
I would like to know how can I get live person to talk to. My new tv box is not connecting and I have been going through same automated instructions over and over again. My previous 2 boxes didn't work and gave up. I was paying for boxes for few years but wasn't able to used them. I had to connect lap top to my tv and watch xfinity online. I believe that technician disconnected cable outside the house when he was doing last repair few years ago, but I can't get a real person on the phone to explain to them.
I called last week and I was prompted to receive a call from comcast. I was waiting for 3 hours, they never called. Now again, I am waiting for a call for an hour and a half already.
