TIVO - Replaced hard drive

I replaced the hard drive in my Tivo Roamio Plus. I am now getting V52 errors on just movie channels. Showtime is channel I tried. Rest of HD channels (800 range) all work fine. Do I have to re-pair the cablecard ?
