Tivo - no premium channels

I recently upgraded my Tivo and really didn't pay attention but, I have realized that I am no longer receiving my premium channels - I receive a "This channel is not authorized... (V58)" message. I found threads, while searching on these forums, of others having the same problem. I'm hoping a representative here can help me out.

I'm not Comcast, but V58 errors on premium channels you subscribe to almost always means they have not configured the CableCard in the unit correctly. Please see these Tivo articles:
