TiVo cablecard needs activation again after Seasonal Convenience Plan canceled

Once again I used the Seasonal Convenience Plan while I was gone on summer vacation.  I have now returned and canceled that plan, but my TiVo cablecard was apparently deactivated.  Now I cannot receive any television channels using my TiVo, and have been very frustrated trying to re-activate my cablecard.  Please help me get through to someone who can fix this.

Problem SOLVED!  Despite being told in a telephone call that my Seasonal Convenience Plan had been cancelled, and also in an Xfinity store in Tucson, I learned today in a chat with a live agent using the Xfinity app on my cell phone that my Seasonal had NOT been canceled, and was still in effect, 2 days later.  While I chatted in the app, the agent first canceled my seasonal plan, then he refreshed my CableCARD.  It took awhile, but while I waited he accomplished both of these things, and my TiVo Roamio is up running perfectly once again!!  I am so happy!  Lesson:  Use the Xfinity app to successfully communicate!!!
