Tivo cable card

It appears the Cable Card in my Tivo Bolt stopped working.  A generic chat tech told me to exchange it, but my understanding is that they are not supported anymore.  I believe it just needs to be re-paired.  Can this still be accomplished?  I tried calling 877-405-2298 but could not get past the annoying AI to get to the cable card support.
