Tivo all SD channels not decoding

Hey all,

Right before my eyes all my sd channels stopped decoding and was replaced with the standard tivo D261 message about the channel being temporarily unavailable. The HD still works fine. Any ideas or help available from a tech rep?

With the recent event, my kids are home more and having TV is great when I need a minute to myself. I understand everyone has been affected by the recent world event and it has caused some frustration, and I will do everything I can to help you.

Thank you, @CanukGuy for all of your patience! It sounds like your Cable Card may need to be reprovisioned or paired with fresh entitlement codes, so that it recognizes the channels available to you with your plan. You can try refreshing your account by using the Xfinity My Account app, here are some step by step instructions:
