As @EG stated sounds like you may need another box if there is no software to execute. There are 3 options for getting a new box. You can pick one up at the store, we can ship one to you, or you can have a technician visit to set up to replace the box. Thank you @EG.

That is an unrecoverable error. The box is toast. Get it swapped for a new one.
