Stuck in Voice Guidance loop setting up cable box

Cannot get out of this loop during cable box setup

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_a5mbut. I'm sorry to hear about the TV box being stuck in a loop. This is not the experience we would like you to have. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App?
