Stuck in an inconvenient loop when trying to cancel Peacock Subscription

Xifnity instructions tells me to go to the Peacock account via my TV to unsubscribe.  The TV tells me to go to peacocktv.com.  Peacocktv.com says go to xfinity.  Wash and repeat.

Please help. TYIA
