Sound getting out of SYNC with ROKU Xfinity Streaming App AGAIN + excessive "loading"

My internet and home network on working fine but i have noticed on many changes, for today i've mainly watched FXX, that the sound is getting out of sync with the video very quickly and the screen keeps going to the

blacked out loading screen for the channel. THis has happened previously and was a problem with your streaming servers I believe and now it is back.

I am paying for [EDIT: All Caps] and I need to get a credit as this has been getting worse by the day. OFC your lines are busy and so are your chat agents.

Please fix and tell me how I request a credit for an impacted service I am paying for!

MY internet is fine., Speed test is showing well over 740 down coming off the router and 41 up

Hello @user_cycqx3, I love using the Stream app on my TVs, and I can imagine how annoying those issues would be. Thank you for coming to our Forum for support, I'd love to work with you and help turn things around. I'm glad to hear your connection is performing for you, but let's work on your Stream app issues. Are you able to test or replicate these same issues on a different device? If so, can you please let me know what device you used to test? Also, are you having the same issue on your cable boxes? And finally, is this issue impacting live channels, recordings, On Demand, or all? Once we confirm a resolution, we can determine if a credit is applicable and any amount.

please describe setup and cabling. sound bar? receiver? speaker on tv? If you have a sound bar, is any cabling connected to an ARC connector? an eARC connector?
