software reload (Pace ABL V1.17)

At 2:00, June 14 2023 Xfinity did a software reload (Pace ABL V1.17) and now it’s locked up, and

 blue screen says this. Rebooted 5 times and unplugged 5 times? Still locked up. If I’m forced to get new box my DVR saved shows will be lost. I paid good money for those shows trough DVR retail fees! I am an early adopter and have the Pace box for the component cable hook up and native DVR HD. And I despise anything to do with the Cloud’s remote storage of data of any kind.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
