Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_q2nf4w! That's definitely interesting, especially since your upstairs TV isn't experiencing the same behavior. Is the upstairs TV a smart TV, using a Roku, Firestick, etc. to watch the apps or does it also use a cable box?
When you say it's slow to connect, are you referring to both live TV channels and OnDemand content too?
How long is the delay?
