Screen saver is NOT wanted

who do I reach out about the comcast/xfinity screen savers that goes on automatically & I have no option to disable it. I pay for 27/7 service  and should able to do want I want  with the service & NOT be told that if my service is on for so many hours unintended that the screen saver will be activated. That is not right telling paying customers how to they have to use their service  If I choose to leave my service on for 24 hours every day for whatever reason then I should be able to . Comcast/xfinity is not allowing me to do so. WHY not I pay for the service I should be the one to choose how to use it to my way of living Not theirs. Comcast/xfinity is stealing money from their customer when they auto active that stupid screen saver that s not wanted.

dffy Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. I'm sorry to hear the screen saver option is causing some frustration. I'm happy to help you adjust your settings to be a little less annoying. We appreciate the feedback, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience with our products, services, and support platforms. I'll be sure to pass along the feedback. In the meantime, you can push out the screen saver to 5 hours. Here are the instructions for adjusting the settings. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

@XfinityKassie I have set my screen saver to push out the screen saver to 5 hours. That does not help me &  I find that the screen Saver pops on before the 5 hours. also why did Xfinity remove the screen saver Type option as well? If a person is paying for 24/7 service they should be able to to use that 24/7 service how they feel  not how xfinity feels it should be used. I have spoke to several class action lawyers & they all said the same thing they would be happy to take on the case. if I can not resolve this issue

dffy I’m sorry this didn’t help, and I understand your frustration. While we appreciate your feedback and will pass it along, there’s currently no way to fully disable the screensaver. The available settings are the only options at this time. I truly wish we had a better solution. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
