RNG150N HDMI output is only PASS THRU and needs 1080i

I have a RNG150N box here at work. I can get to the setup page with powering off and hitting guide. But the only HDMI output setting I can see (using left and right arrow keys) is PASS THRU. I need to get it to set 1080i only.

Am I missing something?
