Re-pair cablecard

I have a cablecard that has been sitting in a TiVo box for months but has been un-used.

It used to be our primary box, until we upgraded to an X1.

We recently re-did the basement and put a tv down there, so I wanted to hook the TiVo back up. Problem is that I'm not getting anything but basic channels.

The rest of the channels say not authorized.

Should the cablecard re-pair on its own or does Xfinity need to send a signal?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
