Removing tv boxes from home

Hello, I have 3 tv boxes on my plan and I only use 1, I was wondering who I would have to talk to to get them removed from my bill and home

@DetroitSosa Thank you so much for your post on these extra boxes you have on your account. With the equipment attached to your account use is not what determines if you are going to be billed. You mentioned you have 3 boxes attached but only use 1. Do you physically have more than one box in your home? If so once the unused boxes are returned they would be removed from your account automatically. You can check out this page here for help with all of our return options. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment

If you have swapped out boxes in the past these boxes may be still attached if the return was not processed if that is the case we can compare the current box you have to what is on file and then send off a research request for the other boxes. Once we confirm those boxes are back in our inventory we can help get them removed from the billing for you. If you could send our team a message in private with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send your message
