remote

What do I have to do to get a new remote ?

I can't find a person to talk to , I 'm directed to locations that are closed , I have dead ends with no correct options to continue......etc

 

I need a new remote , otherwise $200 a month is wasted !!!!

I have old equipment too and also can't find anyone to talk to.  They only solution I can see is get rid of comcast TV.  Comcast is Johnny on the spot to let you know your bill is due but after you sign up with them they totally ignore you.  The poorest customer support I have ever had the not so much pleasure from.
