Poor TV connection since storm

We had a big thunderstorm here yesterday, and ever then since our TV reception has been spotty, with the picture and sound fuzzing out like the connection is bad every minute or so. I can't get the chat bot to get me to an actual person, and while I reported an outage I just got a "there is no outage in your area" message. How can I get someone to look into what's going on?

user_6ugar1 We can definitely help you with your cable connection concerns. Are you seeing this issue on one or multiple channels? Also, are you seeing any error code or message being displayed as well?
