Please help me pair my old but normally functioning cablecard to my tivo premiere that just had its hard drive replaced

i am told there are xfinity experts that can help get a cablecard paired to a new tivo host id by remove, save empty and replace even though the phone cablecard tier 2 people could not get it done. Please let me know what official xfinity staff can get in the xfinity system and apply the new host id without wiping my other two tivos that work perfectly with their cablecards!!
