Peacock

I'm writing this for my father. He subscribes to 1 gig internet and is a platinum member. He's 76 years old and not tech savvy and was unaware that he had 3 months to activate peacock before it couldn't be activated. So I called xfinity on his behalf, I am a manager on his account. And they basically told me, there is nothing they can do. I know that's not true. Xfinity can easily add the activation offer back to his rewards or account. I think this is unfair an wrong of xfinity to not help elderly people with these things. It's like they know the elderly won't know what to do and they count on that. So sad. It would be nice if an xfinity rep could give my dad the free service he deserves. I mean, he's paying over $200 for your services.
