Peacock premium

I received an email that said enjoy Peacock premium at no extra cost. It said sign into redeem, but when I click on that it just brings me to the rewards page where there’s nothing about Peacock premium. Do you think I need to contact them or is there anywhere else I can look for that promotion?

Hello, @KathJack. Thanks for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. Your Xfinity Reward may already be activated, if you are not seeing the activation option when signing in to Xfinity Rewards. Please try the steps below to check if the Peacock Reward has been applied. 

 

*Go to https://www.peacocktv.com/ and click “Sign In” 
*Enter email address and password associated with your Peacock account. This may be the same login as Xfinity, it may not be. If you have multiple email addresses, please try them all.
*Once logged, you can verify your Peacock subscription by clicking “Account,” navigating to “Plans & Payment”, and confirming monthly charges = $0.00

So, I registered the way you described but when I attempt to watch Peacock + shows on the Xumo box (Star Trek Discovery) it tells me that I need to pay for the shows. When I watch the same Peacock shows through my Roku box, I don't have any difficulties at all.

Star Trek Discovery is not on Peacock as it is a Paramount show and is on Paramount Plus.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_nd6pkz! At this time, Star Trek Discovery is not available on Peacock. Are you able to watch a Peacock original such as Shooting Stars on your Xumo box?

I've had the xfinity wifi that qualifies for the free Peacock Premium subscription for months but it does not work.  Peacock always says I have a trial version and have to upgrade.  I have literally spent hours trying to figure this out on Xfinity and Peacock's website and it is impossible to find any answers.  The links and info they give you, like on the xfinity reply to the original poster, don't work.
