Peacock? And what happened to my original plan?

The xfinity plan I signed up for included peacock premium (maybe it wasn't premium... peacock with ads but I can watch anything, nothing is locked). Then I needed to remove something from my subscriptions that was causing issues and not showing up on my end so I couldn't cancel it myself. I called xfinity and told them the issue and whoever I talked to said a lot of words and somewhere in there she said the subscription was canceled now and that "for you patience I am going to upgrade you to the 500mbps fixed price for five years plan," and then she switched it and it wasn't a question she just did it. Fine, switched to a better plan isn't an issue. But now I don't have the peacock subscription and I have 500mbps when all I needed was 300 and the 300 plan came with peacock when I got it. I don't know what to do and I don't want to spend a bunch of time on the phone again. 

Additionally, I don't know if I can solve this myself as the xfinity app takes 30 seconds to load each page if it even loads at all. I can't find anything on the webpage to help me.
