Looking for an account reset after changing xfinity plans, both which had peacock premium included.

Thanks for reaching out @user_fax947! I can absolutely look into that for you on our end! I want to make sure I’m understanding everything correctly. Did you already have Peacock activated on your previous plan, and then lost access once the plan changed? What happens when you try to sign in directly to the Peacock app or website using your login details?

Yes, I have tried both of those options and neither worked.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

 

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
