Pairing XR15-UQ to RCA rtu6549 tv 65 inch

I have been trying to find the write code for this tv; however, no one seems to know what it is, even had a tech come out and help but he wasn’t even able to do it

[UPDATED] If it doesn't have a Setup button (XR15):

  1. Turn on your TV.
  2. Press and hold A & D until the light at the top of the remote changes from red to green.
  3. Enter 9-9-1. The light should flash green twice.
  4. Keep pressing CH ^ until the TV turns off.
  5. Once the TV turns off, press Center Circle to lock in the code.
  6. Press the TV power button on the remote. If the TV turns on, you're all set!
