Pairing an existing cable card with a different TiVo box

I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and no one has been able to get this done. I have a cable card in my possession. This cable card was literally just being used in a TiVo edge box last week. I had to replace my TiVo edge box with a new one. So I now have a new TiVo edge box. I need to take the cable card (which is working and I’m paying for) out of the old TiVo box and pair it with my new TiVo box. I do not need a new cable card. I understand that xfinity no longer issue them. But I also know that if I have one it should absolutely be able to be transferred to a new TiVo box. I just need someone to send the signal to my new TiVo box and pair that cable card to the new TiVo. I need this escalated to a supervisor and someone who is an expert on cable cards. Once again, I do not need a new cable card. I just need to pair my existing cable card with a new TiVo box. I will absolutely not be getting an xfinity box. I will leave xfinity all together before I get your box. I just need this cable card paired with my new TiVo.
