Pair existing cable card with new Tivo Edge
Need advanced repair team to manually re-pair my existing CableCARD to my TiVo host ID. I replaced a failed Tivo with a Tivo Edge. Online pairing tool is failing with an error message.

Need advanced repair team to manually re-pair my existing CableCARD to my TiVo host ID. I replaced a failed Tivo with a Tivo Edge. Online pairing tool is failing with an error. My first post timed out when I looked away after 2 hours...Is there a better way to communicate with the team?

I have posted a direct message to Xfinity Support and am awaiting a hoped for response. I recently added additional information. Will continue checking and hope I don't get timed out when I am away briefly.
