Not getting Magnolia channel any longer on TiVo with Cablecard

My wife called Comcast today to let them know we recently stopped getting Magnolia (she needs her Chip & Joanna fix).  They are dispatching a tech to the house tomorrow.  I'm not really sure what a tech is supposed to even look at with my TiVo with cablecard.  This sounds more like something on the software/provisioning side of things.  Any thoughts?

Best I can figure is that Magnolia HD switched from QAM to IPTV recently but I can't find any way to actually prove that's the issue.  When I tune to 1493, TiVo just says I don't have a subscription for that channel.

Hey there, @rawbar1, thanks for reaching out about your recent Magnolia network troubles. I do see that network is now IP, so you were right on the money. Since you mentioned that a tech was scheduled, were they able to help restore it somehow or even set the correct expectation regarding this channel?
