Not getting Magnolia channel any longer on TiVo with Cablecard
My wife called Comcast today to let them know we recently stopped getting Magnolia (she needs her Chip & Joanna fix). They are dispatching a tech to the house tomorrow. I'm not really sure what a tech is supposed to even look at with my TiVo with cablecard. This sounds more like something on the software/provisioning side of things. Any thoughts?

Best I can figure is that Magnolia HD switched from QAM to IPTV recently but I can't find any way to actually prove that's the issue. When I tune to 1493, TiVo just says I don't have a subscription for that channel.
