Nobody knows Tivo
3 hours at the advertised phone number. 5 "did not pair" on the self install site. And a total of 9 transfers to be told that Xfinity will not support Tivo anymore. Please upgrade to X1.
It worked fine until I got my exchange Tivo Edge from Tivo and took out the cable card and put it into the replacement Tivo. Nobody knows how to pair, Nobody can be understood, (except for the guy in the Philippines.)
All I need is a Host ID and Data change. .
Could not find the direct message as described in a previous thread. Why is everything so dang difficult?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
