No signal

My tv has a black screen with "no signal" displayed.  I have done all the troubleshooting but the problem remains

Thank you for meeting us here in our community, @Klj50. You've reached the right team for assistance. I'm assuming you have restarted the cable box, and you're on the correct TV input. Have you had this cable box for many years or is it new?

Having the same issue. Exchanged old DVR for the same mentioned issue above,  new box has not fixed the problem.  I can plug the wireless box into this tv and it works perfectly. Plug the DVR in and we have to plug and unplug the HDMI cord in numerous times before it will acknowledge it. Then once it works, it'll flash black every few seconds.
