Can you confirm what troubleshooting steps you have attempted, such as making sure the TV is on the correct input, ensuring that the HDMI cable is connected securely to both cable box and TV (if it is, we recommend trying a new HDMI cable) or performing any troubleshooting steps in our Xfinity app?
