Thank you for reaching out @user_0d54f4 Are you speaking about the Extra Large button remote? Does the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-last-watched-clear-history help? I want to make sure you are aware of our Accessibility Support Center. Reach our specially trained support team between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. (ET), 7 days a week. Call 855-270-0379 and you can visit the link: https://www.xfinity.com/accessibility as well!

@XfinityDena

Yes, it is the large button remote without the a, b, c and d buttons. So far every suggestion that I have been told to use includes that D button. I really dont want to call, 2 weeks ago it took me a little over 2 hours to speak to a live person and I don't have that kind of time!

I just dont understand why I can't find answers online!

@user_0d54f4 Have you tried scrolling over to the channel you are trying to remove and press the down arrow on the remote? If you have and that didn't work please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
