New cable box
I picked up a new cable box to replace my old one that kept freezing the picture. I have had it since yesterday. It keeps giving me error messages. I have been on the phone to 4 different customer service people. They seem to somehow get it to work for a short time but now I have the same problem again.

so I can move your post to a more proper area for answer, do you have X1 service? you also did not state what error messages and error message numbers are shown.
