Netflix Error Code: ui-800-2

Has anyone had problems with the Netflix app loading through Xfinity / Apps on their tv box?  Once again I’ve wasted my time on chat and then a call with a guy who just went through the exact same basic troubleshooting guide I already went through. He said he’d have a higher level technician call me within 4 hours if it wasn’t fixed, but instead simply scheduled a call for 4 hours later where I started the whole ridiculous process all over again. The only difference was the 2nd advanced technician suggested I try clearing the cookies on my box, which again had already been tried.  To top off this amazing customer service, I was left with the option to have a technician scheduled to come out without any guarantee whether Xfinity would be charging me or not.  HOW CAN A BUSINESS CHARGE A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY FAIL TO FULFILL THE SERVICES PAID FOR?!!!!
