My TiVo Roamio has a V58 error on all channels.

Please completely unpair my cableCard from my account, delete the old entries, manually type in my Host ID (which is incorrect online) and CableCARD ID numbers, and push a cold hit (Validation signal).  Let me know if you need further information from me.
