its not possible to contact xfinity and my tv box is not working

My tv box has to be unplugged EVERY morning or its frozen on whatever channel you last were watching.  Xfinity has no email, the bot is not helpful, the 800 number has a wait time of more than 30 mins, and the store is only open when I am at work - even if i get a sick day the line inside looks worse than an old soviet cheese line.  WHY xfinity WHY do you hate your customers?
